Operations Manager wanted for Tamilcube Learning Centre

Tamilcube Learning Centre is the largest and the first premium private institution in Singapore, dedicated to the learning and teaching of Tamil language. Tamilcube conducts Tamil enrichment classes, Tamil tuition classes, Tamil compo and oral workshops for all levels from Nursery to Secondary. Tamilcube is also the leading publisher and distributor of Tamil Educational books and resources.
We are looking for an experienced and well qualified Operations Manager (Full Time) to manage our operations with the following profile:
Singaporean or Singapore PR.
Excellent communication skills, and bilingual (in English and Tamil languages).
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing operations with at least 20 staff.
Creative, inspiring and an excellent motivator.
Experience in education or retail industry is preferred.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
